We know how important it is to quickly and accurately explain your technical case requirements. That is why we previously have many of our customers visit our factory site, and in turn, we have visited many of theirs. In these unprecedented times, we have needed to find new ways to stay connected to our customers.
COVID-19 restrictions mean that in most cases we cannot meet our customers. We have put in place video conferencing facilities that enable us to host virtual technical discussions. Our system has HD video with 10 times optical zoom to focus on any feature of our products. HD audio to make communications clearer. We are able to host calls on all platforms including Zoom, Skype, Lync and more.
