Half 19-inch Racks

Custom Half Racks Should you require custom made ½ 19 inch racks, many of our standard rack products can be adapted to half rack size. Half Racks also come with a range of customisable options including, protective skirts, air vents, fans, backpack straps, trolleys and many more. Standard ½ Racks = 244mm (9.60 inches) between the two centre holes of the racking.SatRack Half Racks Our lightweight SatRacks are available in ½ rack sizes in a range of U heights and frame depths. The SatRack internal frame is mounted on 8 anti-vibration mounts to offer exceptional protection in transit and deployment. The body shell is constructed from thermo-formed 10mm honeycomb polypropylene (HPP). HPP has a high strength to weight ratio and is non-crushable. Thermo-forming does not crimp the HPP, giving the angled edges longitudinal strength and rigidity. The HPP body shell is encased within a 3mm HDPE foam jacket which helps to insulate the rack and offers cushioning to create a ‘carry friendly’ piece of ruggedised luggage.
